Thurtell, with an address of Hall Lane, Norwich, and a census place of Norwich Lakenham Norwich, Norfolk. (PRO Reference HO/107/1815, Folio 44, Page 22, FHL Film 0207468).

The 1881 British Census CD shows her as Sarah B. Thurtell, head of the household and marital status unknown, living on Hall Road, with the census place Lakenham, Norfolk, England. This shows her as 66, born in Hamstead, Middlesex, England, with her occupation shown as independent. Living with her is her sister, Louisa B. Allen, shown as age 62 born in Poringland, Norfolk, England, with a marital status shown as unknown and her occupation as independent.
