Although delayed birth certificates were filed between 1956 and 1960 for his siblings Grace, Bertha, and Henry McClain, no delayed birth certificate was found on the internet listing at http://www.state.sd.us/doh/vitalrec/birt.../index.cfm for Glen or Leo Glen McClain. Birth records were not filed in South Dakota until 1905.
