Her information shows he was christened in May 1846 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, at the First United Methodist Church of Portsmouth, the son of Moses S. Judkins and Sarah Allen Tozier. He died possibly in Groton, Vermont. He married Angeline February 18, 1867, in Groton, Vermont. Kathi Judkins' information from New Hampshire Vital Records show Angeline was born in West Topsham, Vermont, and that she married for the secont time Charles Cloud of Concord, New Hampshire, on April 28, 1872, according to New Hampshire Vital Records.
